Private, sun-drenched holiday home located in the laid-back fabulous Whangapoua. Enjoy award-winning architectural design only 3-5 minutes walk from the pristine white sands of Whangapoua beach. The open plan lounge and kitchen offer a large oven for entertaining, while the alfresco outdoor dining area calls out for long evenings with friends and family with bbq, an outdoor fireplace and overhead opening and closing louvres. Low lights in the garden setting create a beautiful ambience at night.
Fibre internet makes personal device use a breeze.
Matarangi Links Golf Course is only 15 mins away and the quieter low-key Coromandel Golf Course is also 20 mins in the opposite direction.
Whangapoua has so much to offer. The Whangapoua Harbour provides safe swimming and a rope swing for kids. You can launch your boat at the boat ramp and enjoy fishing and watersports. The local store is well stocked and sells petrol, LPG and dive bottle refills, free-range meat and eggs, groceries, home baking (try their famous homemade pies!), toys, games, wine and beer. There is a local playground and a lagoon at the end of the beach that is perfect for littlies. But perhaps the biggest drawcard is the famous New Chums Beach, rated as one of the world's Top 10 beaches. To reach New Chums you walk on a nikau-palm-lined track for approximately 25 minutes from the end of Whangapoua Beach.

Due to a lack of local laundromat facilities, we are unable to provide linen. You will need to bring your own linen towels, bathmats, hand towels, sheets and pillowslips. All duvets, pillows and blankets are provided.
